Discuss symptoms and receive an evaluation by a board‑certified doctor.
dbTeleHealth links patients and doctors via video or phone. Members receive access to licensed doctors in their state to treat over 50 non-emergency medical conditions including the Flu. Use your landline, mobile, tablet or computer to speak and video with a board-certified doctor in your state, anytime, day or night, weekends, holidays or while traveling.
Once you are on the phone or video conferencing with a doctor you can be diagnosed, and if medication is
prescribed, the doctor will electronically send a prescription to your local pharmacy.
“My son had a rash a couple weeks ago. I have another child and didn't really want to run to the doctor. Within a matter of minutes I had talked to a doctor on the phone, sent pictures of my son's rash, called in a prescription to the pharmacy, and really, within an hour I got what I needed.”

“I recently used the plan when I had an infection. I knew it was something. But it wasn’t so urgent that I would have needed to go to the emergency room but it was something I wanted to get taken care of right away before it did get worse. Urgent care wasn’t an option. They’re at least an hour away from where we live. And working most weekdays 7:00 till 5:00 it’s almost impossible to make a doctor’s appointment without losing hours from work. So the plan was perfect and I thank them for being there and taking my illness seriously.”
